ROADS MEETING WITH COUNTY GOVERNMENT, Tuesday October 27, 2 P.M.

As everyone knows, repaving PBH has generated lots of interest on many sides of this situation over the last few months and especially weeks.

Please come to 3rd floor of Boulder old county courthouse on Pearl Street at 2 P.M. this Thursday Oct 27th to discuss with Boulder County government ballot issue 5A - bonding for repaving of PBH roads.

Free parking is in back of building if you get there in time ! - Consider carpooling to get a space.

The more PBH folks are involved, the more the county will understand how important this issue is for us.

I as HOA President and Cindy Lindsay as Roads Committee chairperson will definitely be there and request to speak - as indicated below:

"Will represent the wishes of PBH not to establish a LID at this time

to the County Commissioners at the public meeting on October 27th."

I'm sure we will make other comments as well:

For instance, even though we will be asking them NOT to establish a LID,

I still want them to tabulate the vote on ballot issue 5A & let us all know the results.

Another example:

Given a chance, I will mention how adding ballot issue 5C complicated 5A vote

and ask when/where we can add comments about issue 5C to the county.

Remember - this Roads repavement issue isn't going away after the election.

The Roads committee will be doing more detailed research,

AND REQUESTS MORE COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO JOIN THE ROADS COMMITTEE

TO ENSURE FULL REPRESENTATION OF EVERY VIEWPOINT !

PLEASE JOIN !

Bill Alexander, HOA President
