Job Description –
Vice President
The vice-president shall act in the place
and stead of the president in the event of his/her absence, inability to
act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required
of him/her by the president or Board. (See Presidents Job Description).
The Vice-president
shall attend the Architectural Review Meetings and report back information
to the Board.
[If a board member
is an active member of the Architectural Review Committee, this
responsibility would be unnecessary.]
It is suggested that
the vice-president will run for president. |
