Job Description – Treasurer

 Ongoing

  • Maintain books

  • Get approvals for and pay bills

  • Collect checks from homeowners

  • Make deposits

  • Reconcile cash per the bank statement to cash in check register each month

 

As listed on Calendar below

  • File required tax forms-Add below

  • Present reports on revenues, expenses, assets and liabilities to Board and to Membership at all quarterly meetings.

  • Send out at least one dues letter and one reminder. Always check that have the most up to date address list. (kept up by Pine Brook Press)

Present Budget (prepared by former Treasurer) to HOA for approval

Send out dues letters to homeowners

Present report at Board meeting

Submit article for Press

 

April

Present report at Membership meeting

Present report at Board meeting

Submit article for Press

Present report at membership Meeting

Present report at Board meeting
